KidzAdherence Support Groups

KidzAdherence is a care and support programme designed to address both caregivers and their children. It provides HIV infected children, and their caregivers, with practical guidance on how best to manage their illness.

The KidzAdherence model is designed to support children newly diagnosed with HIV, as well as those who are virally suppressed or unsuppressed while on antiretroviral therapy (ART).

It can be implemented as a support group for both children and their caregivers, either in a clinical or community setting, or during individual counselling sessions.
