 The biggest barrier for children and adolescents living with HIV going undiagnosed is fear around disclosure. Caregivers and healthcare workers have limited knowledge and skills to know how to address the issue of disclosure with children and adolescents.

The Holistic Model for Paediatric and Adolescent Disclosure course equips healthcare workers with confidence, skills, knowledge and a framework to support caregivers through the barriers, and journey to disclosure in an age-appropriate, child/adolescent-focused method.

  • Provide structured disclosure services to children and adolescents, living with HIV, who have not been disclosed to

  • Provide disclosure services to children and adolescents within an ethical framework
